Our 1099 service Includes:

Issuing 1099s for all vendors paid from bill.com (ap System) or your checking accounts. Anything paid through Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, or another merchant processor will be filed by those respective processors.

What we will need for this service:

  • Email addresses for all vendors
  • Physical addresses for all vendors

Our Process includes:

We will be conducting a W9 audit on your AP system to ensure we have the above for the vendors you paid.  We will be sending out a list of missing information. It is vital that we receive all the data requested back in a timely fashion, as 1099’s are due to be filed by Jan 31, 2023, and time for processing this data is needed.
